5. Payments and Transaction Information
All transactions on bit88 — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform.
Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of your account identity and compliance with these terms. bit88 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawals, and may request supporting documentation.
bit88 does not accept payments from third parties. Funds must be deposited from an account or payment method in your own name. Any deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Winnings credited to your account as a result of a technical error, system fault, or erroneous transaction are not valid and may be reversed at bit88's discretion. Players are required to report any such errors immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
